Nebraska: natural gas options

Natural gas
Choice in Black Hills Rate Area 5
Nebraska's Choice Gas Program applies to Black Hills Energy customers in Rate Area 5. It does not include all Nebraska gas customers. Black Hills remains responsible for delivery and billing while an eligible customer selects the commodity supplier. [1]
Before you decide: The 2026 residential and commercial selection period was April 2–22 and has ended. Ask Black Hills about the next applicable selection period and your current default or rollover terms.
